Terms of service.
These terms apply to Mainstreet Smoke Shop, LLC (“Mainstreet,” “we,” “us”) and your use of mainstreetsmokeshop.com. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Age requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to use this site or buy our products. By ordering, you confirm that you are 21+ and that the products are legal to purchase and possess in your jurisdiction. We may cancel orders or refuse service if we can't verify age.
2. Products & claims
Our products are hemp-derived and contain no more than 0.3% Δ9 THC by dry weight. They are not approved by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Talk to a healthcare provider before use, especially if you take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a medical condition. Do not drive or operate machinery after use. Keep products out of reach of children and pets.
3. Product availability & descriptions
We try to keep product descriptions, prices, and availability accurate, but errors happen. We may correct errors, update information, or cancel an order if a product is mispriced or unavailable. If we cancel, we'll refund the amount charged.
4. Orders & payment
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation and capture payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't store card numbers. You're responsible for any taxes and shipping charges shown at checkout.
5. Shipping restrictions
We only ship to states where the products are legal. Checkout blocks restricted states, and we may cancel an order if we learn the delivery address is in a restricted jurisdiction. We don't ship through forwarding services or to anyone under 21. See the shipping policy for details.
6. Returns
All sales are final; we do not accept returns or exchanges. Lost or seized packages receive a 50% refund. See our shipping & returns policy for details.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site to violate any law, infringe our rights, interfere with the site's operation, or resell products to minors. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
8. Intellectual property
The site, logo, product photography, and copy are owned by Mainstreet or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without our written permission.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, except where the law requires otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mainstreet isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
